Rule 155
Right to subpoena documents and make relevant persons or government officials appear
(1) The committee may subpoena any documents necessary for the purpose of its work or make the relevant persons or government officials appear. If necessary, the minister should disclose the reason and inform the relevant committee. The decision of the committee in this regard will be final. (2) The committee may, if necessary, take a statement from the person or government official who has been brought before sub-rule (1). (3) The method of making a statement or a statement according to sub-rule (2) shall be as determined by the committee.
